As part of our 20th anniversary we were delighted to team up with the guys at Two Stacks and do our first collabration with them,We hope you enjoy.
Nose: Initially, you'll be greeted by the delightful aroma of pear drops, vanilla, and a sweet sherbet-like scent. This is followed by a refreshing burst of citrus and hints of grassiness, all intertwined with subtle baking spice notes.
Palate: The palate offers a juicy experience reminiscent of pear drops, with gentle hints of coconut shavings and lemon peel. It boasts a decadently creamy texture that beautifully showcases the quality of the distillate, which has been carefully refined over the years.
Finish: As the citrus notes gradually fade, a gentle spice note emerges, complemented by a creamy almond sensation that caresses the palate. The lingering sweetness of pear remains prominent until the very end.Spent 20 odd years in first fill bourbon (Wild Turkey) and 6 months in pear brandy which is made at the Gallo Wine Estate in California.
