Distilled with carefully selected native botanicals; angelica root, liquorice root, wild mint leaf, coriander, fuchsia flower, juniper, lemon, orange & grapefruit zests, rose hip, elderberry & meadow sweet.

NOSE

Fresh, lightly floral aromas on the nose reminiscent of a countryside walk in a sweet meadow, with a background of refreshing citrus. 

PALATE

A balanced gin with sweet minerality, earthy notes and a hint of spice, the sweet nose becomes dryer and more mellow on the palate. 

FINISH

A pleasantly crisp, clean, slightly sweet finish with a hint of native mint.
