A unique collaboration that brings together two innately Irish brands, Roe & Co Irish Whiskey and Killahora Orchards, in an experiment for the senses; as casks, swapped for nearly one year, created two delicious new liquids with vibrant layers of flavour.

Irish Whiskey is an intriguing blend which draws you in to reveal exquisitely luscious aromas and flavours. Notes of crisp green orchard fruits are perfectly enhanced by soft and mellow butterscotch. Freshly baked Tarte Tatin, with its buttery pastry, shines through, culminating in a balanced finish of lingering floral notes with gentle spice.
